Hm, non-hetero stuff I am currently reading:

*The Bloodlines Saga by P'al Kwai(http://www.keonkwa.com/Bloodlinesgateway.html)
- In which Spike is biologically and vampiracally Angel's son-- lot's of pain and abuse for my fav bleached blond ^_^ A/S

*Gargoyles Don't Cry by Shamenka and Vixen (http://www.blooddance.com/mpreg/buffy.html) - Miscommunication from Buffy and overreaction from Angel bring Spike not only a world of suffering, but something else unexpected too. I like the idea that Spike had connections in the demon world even before he became a vampire *grin*. A/S

*Repossesion by Lazuli (http://lazuli.kat.users.btopenworld.com/xs_warning_page.htm)
-Set in the future, Spike, hurt after escaping more Initiative experimentation and torture, is rescued by his estranged love, Xander. Yet the road to recovery is long and supernatural things are afoot. Cute, vulnerable, psychotic Spike! X/S

*The Sundering Saga by Sidara (http://schadenfreude.noctuidae.org/index2.html)
-This is an original fiction, which I rarely read, but the story was soo good I was hooked, cause hey, not-so-tall spunky attractive redhead with a major attitude problem and painful past is all for me. Set in a world where the supernatural is openly acknowledged, Schuldich is a Healer(with hidden abilities) who just can't keep out of trouble as he is sent to New York to deal with a case that could result in an apocolypse. Along the way, he gains reluctant friends and allies, many enemies, and more injuries than is seemingly possible. I am personally in love with Schuldich, too bad there haven't been any more updates.. go read!!

*The Wacky Adventures of Buffy and Spikebot by Mr. MonkeyBottoms (http://www.mrmonkeybottoms.com/my%20fiction.htm)
-Absolutely freaking hilarious, I almost died laughing. The summary provided the the author: Warren wants his Buffybot back. Logically, he builds a Spikebot to do it. Mmmm...Spikebot. Good old Spikebot. So need to see Spikebot go into seduction mode on the Scoobies!

*The Stranger Things series by Esmeralda
(http://dea.certes.tripod.com/strangerthings/index.htm)
-God, so epic I don't even know where to begin describing this incredible piece of work. Suffice it to say, that it all starts out with Xander needing Spike to rescue him in a most unusual fashion and the results of that lead to much much much more than friendly relations between the two. Mainly X/S, A/D, but ocasionally S/X/A, A/S, etc...

*Glass House by Viridian5
(http://www.livejournal.com/tools/memories.bml?user=viridian5&keyword=Glass+Houses+WIP&filter=all)
- A Weiss Kruez series that is so witty and riveting that I can't help but admire and envy anyone who could write so well. Even if you don't know the anime this is from, read it anyway, it's that good. Aya, my beloved suicidally depressed sword-toting assasin is kidnapped by this arch-rivals and given as a "pet" to the psychotic pain-loving Farfarello. The really wonderful thing about this long story is the gradual integration of Aya into this strangely domestic assasin group, and the interactions between all the characters. Some wonderful quotes:
-"You were inexpertly molesting me."
-"Destroyed him through the power of his masochism."
-"Get on with the self-sacrifice and feed us already."
"Very sweet, actually. Like a very special meeting of father and son control freaks...."
-"Crawford tends to give more of a 'lick my shoes, scum' impression, even when he isn't trying to."

*When Hellmouths Collide by Kimberley Rector and Martha Wilson
(http://www.ltljverse.com/index2.htm)
-From the website: A crossover between Hercules: the Legendary Journeys
and Buffy the Vampire Slayer.
Buffy, Xander, Giles and Willow are accidentally sent through a dimensional doorway to a strange new world, where they run into our favorite pair of mythological heroes, Hercules and Iolaus. Together, they uncover Ethan Rayne's terrible plot against this world. Personally this has got to be the most hilarious laugh-till-you-can't-get-up kind of story I've ever read. The dialogue and humor makes your jaw hurt smiling so much, especially at the weird marriage-like-bickering comaraderie between Hercules and Iolaus and the Scoobie's reactions to it. I will always laugh when I think of Hercules, Iolaus, and Jason arguing about where what is buried in their backyard, lol, since they've killed and buried so many people in their backyard, they've actually run out of space and can't remember who is buried where! Oh yea, this doesn't really contain any sexual relations between any of the characters besides mild flirtation btw Buffy and Iolaus, so just read it for the laughs! ^_^

Well, that's all for now.......looking at this, seems I have a preference for really really long stories.......yawns, oh well.
