Feeling so blah nowadays, I wanna read something sad and tragic......thinking Spike or Methos...sighs..

Thinking, wow, certain lighting can make ANYONE look younger...was watching this one episode of Dead Zone today that had Peter Wingfield in it and thought......wow, did he have those little wrinkles around the corners of his eyes when I saw him in Highlander? I mean,he's not that young anymore since Highlander, right? Also, harsh lighting makes James Marsters look his age...so I think I'll keep deluding myself by looking at the better pictures enhanced by technology, makeup and good lighting.

I've noticed though, a similar trend in fanfic writing that spans across fandoms, both real people based and illustrated people based, when describing and glamorizing characters. So, in the end, I feel no difference between reading about gay sex between Buffy characters and gay sex between illustrated anime characters.......its all in the plot and characterization for me.
