The Most Awesome Store
Feb. 27th, 2006 01:41 amSo, I was aimlessly browsing around when I found this store that had the whole complete 24 volume set of Kohri no Mamono No Monogatari by Shiho Sugiura, one of my most favorite OUT-OF-PRINT manga, in Chinese, which is better than Japanese, since I know more Chinese people than I do Japanese. It's so hard to believe that I found this manga series available for sale online from Chinese Comic Store, a store located in Georgia of all places, yet my friend who searched the book stores in China and Hong Kong couldn't find it anywhere!
Alas, my budget doesn't allow for such expenses (95 bucks!!), but the fact that this store has it gives me hope for when I'm rich and when I can have it translated.....so that was my happy thought of the day ^_^
So it really is true that you're more likely to find what you want when you're not looking for it. ^_^
